Is this a charitable event?

Yes! Evening of Elegance is an official 501c3 non-profit organization. Each year our goal is to shine a spotlight on a local charity that needs community support. For 2022, we have selected Operation Fresh Start, a non-profit group whose mission is to help children and young adults within the foster care system by providing them with toiletries, clothing, books, toys and other necessities to make their transition into and out of foster care less traumatic and more successful. For more information, please go to Operation Fresh Start.  These kids / young adults need your help beyond the basic necessities! Financial support to obtain necessary skills to survive (interviewing skills, dress for success, budget and banking, and much more) Become a mentor or donate today!

Event Attire

All attendees must be dressed in white – casually elegant but comfortable. The venue will have a mostly outdoor area for seating, with a back-up arrangement in the event of inclement weather. The venue location will be disclosed to sponsors and ticket holders one (1) week prior so that they can plan accordingly. Food / Beverage / Dining

YOU make this celebration what you want … a cocktail reception … a picnic … a gourmet dinner.   Please read the rest of these FAQs for more information.

Upon arrival, EoE will provide gourmet hors d’oeuvres, one and a half hour of open bar for sponsors and one hour for general admission.  A cash bar will be available throughout the evening or you can bring your own beverages.

Guests are responsible for bringing their own elegant picnic with all of the accoutrements. Coolers are allowed; however, we prefer they be in good condition and in white. Glassware, flatware and plates are the guests’ responsibility and must be taken away by the guests at the end of the evening. Yes, elegant, clear and or white disposables are allowed, but we ask that you take out what you have brought in.

Don’t feel like packing your own picnic?

Light hors d’oeuvres will be available for our General Admission ticket holders.

Want to use your creativity?

Get your creative on. Decorate your tables and yourselves beautifully in white!
EoE will provide a small table arrangement.

Is there assigned seating?

There is no assigned seating – guests will be seated family style. Sponsors will receive early access and reserved tables and for general ticket holders that want premier seating, arrive when doors open at 6:00 p.m. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be picnic spots on the lawn as well, so please plan accordingly. The location has limited parking. Sponsors and general ticket holders will have access to the venue parking lot; in addition, overflow parking will be available and announced one week prior when the venue is revealed.

Is this event rain or shine?

This event will happen rain or shine as we have a back-up plan for weather. Check out our website, Facebook Page, Instagram or Contact Us in the event of severe weather for updates.
