Is this a charitable event?
Yes! Evening of Elegance is an official 501C3 non-profit organization. Each year we create awareness of a local, young charity that needs community support. For 2021, we have selected Community of Hope organization – a local, non-profit group whose mission is to help women affected by abuse, addiction and homelessness, re-establish and rebuild their lives. This event is open to everyone! Celebrate with us from the comfort of your own home by joining our virtual solution! Decorate your homes and tables, wear your sparkling white, donate, bid on auction items, and watch the event LIVE from your smart tv or computer! Ticket prices differ for virtual so please click here to register for the virtual experience.
In-Person / Virtual Attire:
All attendees must be dressed in white – casually elegant but comfortable. The venue will have a mostly outdoor area for seating, with a back-up for inclement weather. The venue location will be disclosed 1 week prior to ticket holders only so that one can plan accordingly. Upon arrival, EoE will provide gourmet hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, sparkling wine and sparkling water.

Guests are responsible for bringing their own elegant picnic or can purchase a classic “Gourmet to Go” picnic. For your convenience, click here to view local vendor EoE specialty menu. Coolers are allowed; however, we prefer they be in good condition and in white. Glassware, flatware and plates are the guests’ responsibility and must be taken away by the guests at the end of the evening. Yes, elegant, clear and or white disposables are allowed

Get your creative on and decorate your tables and yourselves beautifully in white! EoE will provide the tables, chairs and tablecloths.
Is there assigned seating?
There is no assigned seating – guests will be seated family style. Sponsors will receive early access to the event and for general ticket holders that want premier seating, arrive when doors open at 6:00 p.m. Seats are taken on a first come, first serve basis. There will be picnic spots on the lawn as well, so please plan accordingly. Location has limited parking. Sponsors and general ticket holders will have access to the venue parking lot, however overflow parking will be available and announced one week prior when venue is revealed.

Virtual Attendance tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In-Person Attendance is limited and will sell out! So purchase your tickets early to guarantee your spot!
