Is this a charitable event?

Yes!  Evening of Elegance is an official 501C3 non-profit organization. We are raising support for the Community Speaks Out organization – a local, non-profit group that drives education and recovery for those faced with opioid addiction and substance abuse. Click here for CSO website and FB Page.

Who is behind this event or managing this? 

We have a group of local and regional volunteers that have years of event management and fundraising backgrounds passionate about creating an experience like no other while assisting a local charity. Attire:

All attendees must be dressed in white – casually elegant but comfortable.  The venue will have a mostly outdoor area for seating, with a back-up for inclement weather. Food / Beverage / Dining:

EoE will provide one hour of gourmet hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, sparkling wine and sparkling water. 

Guests are responsible for bringing their own elegant picnic or classic ‘gourmet to go’ food items along with beverages of their choice. For your convenience, click here to view Universal Package store’s EoE specialty menu. Coolers are allowed; however, we prefer they be in good condition and in white. Glassware, flatware and plates are the guests’ responsibility and must be taken away by the guests at the end of the evening.  Yes, elegant, clear and or white disposables are allowed.

Order here for one or more gourmet to go items that you can pick up on-site!

Want to use your creativity?

Get your creative on and decorate your tables and yourselves beautifully in white! EoE will provide the tables, chairs and tablecloths. 

Is there assigned seating?

There is no assigned seating – guests will be seated family style. Sponsors will receive early access to the event and for general ticket holders that want premier seating, arrive when doors open at 6:00 p.m.  Seats are taken on a first come, first serve basis.  There will be picnic spots on the lawn as well, so please plan accordingly. 

Is this event rain or shine?

This event will happen rain or shine as we have a back-up plan for weather. Check out our website, facebook page or call us in the event of severe weather for updates.

Ticket Price:

Tickets are available for purchase from our Marketplace at $ 50 per person or $ 60 per person at the door. Tickets are available to adults only (21 and older).

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  We will sell out!  Space is limited so purchase your tickets early to guarantee your spot!

Can I tell other people about this event?

Yes, please purchase your tickets early and encourage them to do so as well.
